Many companies are looking to take advantage of innovative technologies in efforts to expand their recruiting capabilities and attract new talent.
Monster, the leading job finder worldwide, wanted to introduce a project that would both complement its services and provide a more interactive platform that enhanced interaction between jobseekers and recruiters.
IMASTE´s virtual jobfair platform seemed like a natural solution for Monster. However, the application needed to change in order to cater to the French market; a step that required more than just a simple translation.
The video production took place in Paris, where we successfully recorded a welcome speech given by the HR Director of one of the event’s main sponsors.
The virtual fair lasted for two weeks and proved to be a complete success. It included an integrated instant messaging tool that allowed synchronized contact between jobseekers and employers, as well as an integrated videochat application, wich enabled more than 90 company online presentations.

With more than 35 participating companies, over 100,000 unique visitors and over 8,000 collected CVs, the project was a huge success. The media buzz generated more than 350 referring sites and great blog reviews, thus heavily increasing brand awareness among jobseekers.
