The Challenge

CEPSA wanted to create a microsite for their loyal club members that captured the concept of awareness and human service in their petrol stations. CEPSA also wanted to show that it is an innovative company that continuously presents flexible offers for their best customers.

The Solution

IMASTE came up with the idea of placing a virtual guide in the 3D environment of a petrol station. The guide would lead the customers through different scenes, presenting the advantages of the loyalty program.

Therefore, new customers could learn about the program, the brand, and its services, meanwhile the current club member could find a customised private area with offers directly aimed at their needs.

The Result

Within weeks the number of visits to Porquetuvuelves.com increased by more than 15%, with more than nine page views per user and more than four minutes of waged time on site, generating great media buzz in related webs and blogs.
