The founders, Miguel, Aitor & Miguel are charged with setting the vision, pace and direction of the company. Their engineering background should be helping them to create a bridge of understanding between the techies and the sales & operation´s guys in IMASTE. Of course, they failed, but setting up a table-tennis court finally helped a lot to enhance communication within the company.

Our cosmopolitan operations team brings in international experience and cultural understanding. They master the jedi skills needed to patiently handle with developers,designers, customers and tight deadlines. Furthermore, they have even time to manage our physical events.

They are like Don Draper, but just cooler. They will sell our platform anywhere in the world, and find amazing partners during the journey. They will even care for the final quality of our deliveries, isn´t that awesome?

A top-class selection of alpha-geeks, with thirst for knowledge and beer. They are fluent in many languages, like Java, AS3, HTML and more than a dozen others, but unfortunately not many speak english. Nevertheless, they will be able to communicate with any foreigner, mixing code sentences and gutural screams or rare noises.

Our designers are not only UX-experts and supreme 3D modelers, but they are able to turn the horrifying interfaces delivered by our development team into actual usable websites and 3D environments. At Imaste, interaction design is more than just pixels; it's about being an active participant in all stages of a project.
